What do the individual meetings include in detail?

Info: Each meeting is scheduled for a duration of up to 2 hours.

Contents of the Basic Training:

  • Deal Pipeline Management Session: In this session, we will provide you with best practices for defining your Deal Pipeline and Properties. You will learn how to customize Deal Views according to your requirements and ensure optimal data quality through fields and inputs along your sales process. Additionally, we will demonstrate how to efficiently work with product libraries and deals in HubSpot, as well as how to utilize Deal Workflows to reduce manual tasks in sales and optimize their use for your sales teams.
  • Contact & Company Management Session: In this session, we will focus on contact and company management in your CRM. We will explain the possibilities of customising views for your teams and how to optimally adapt fields of your CRM to your needs. In addition, we will give you best practice information on how to monitor your sales funnel using lifecycle stages & lead status.
  • Sales Management & Forecasting Session: In this session, we will demonstrate how to work with sales goals in HubSpot and utilize this information for your forecasting. To enhance your ability to coach your sales team effectively, HubSpot offers a range of sales analytics, which we will dig into. Additionally, during the meeting, we will create Best Practice Sales Management Reports tailored to your needs.
  • Sales Automation Best Practices: Successful sales are customer-centric, efficient, and drive maximum revenue. With HubSpot, you have the tool in place to meet these requirements. In this session, we will demonstrate helpful best practices to nurture your leads optimally and win satisfied customers.
  • Sales Professional/Enterprise User Training: This is a standardized user training based on the features of HubSpot CRM and Sales Hubs, designed for end-users with a Sales Professional/Enterprise license. During this training, we will familiarize your sales team with the various functions and interface of the platform to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize its capabilities effectively.

Individual Consulting & Support (Basic Training): During our meetings, we always keep some time reserved your individual questions. If you have any questions outside our scheduled meetings, please make use of the free HubSpot Support to get answers. Simply click on the "Help" button located at the bottom right of your account. You are also welcome to contact us directly for any questions or requests you may have. Please note that we charge for the time spent at the end of the month.

 Additional contents in Classic Training:

  • Individual Consulting & Support: In addition to the trainings described above, we are also available outside the scheduled sessions to discuss your individual questions. Use this time for ad-hoc inquiries or Q&A sessions where you can get answers to your specific questions regarding the functionality of the HubSpot Sales Hub. You can also use the time to review your sales automation workflows with us.

Additional content in the Classic Plus Training:

  • Sales Automation Strategy Training: We will guide you through our process of developing a sales automation strategy. The objective of this process is twofold: firstly, to provide you with the necessary know-how to undertake this process again independently, without our assistance; and secondly, to ensure that you achieve the best possible outcome through our inputs. Additional Information

The training has the following limitations:

  • Meetings: All meetings are conducted via MS Teams (online conference).
  • Maximum meeting participants: Our experience has shown that trainings are more successful when the number of participants is limited. Therefore, we restrict all trainings to four participants. If more people are required, please discuss this with us in advance.
  • Duration: The training process typically takes place within 3 months. However, if your day-to-day business requires a longer duration, we can extend the training period up to 12 months.
  • Questions & Support: We are happy to assist you with your questions outside the defined training framework. Please send your inquiries to service@brandreach.at. You will receive written responses from us with links to solution descriptions and instructions. Please note that the time spent will be billed at the end of the month.
