What do the individual meetings involve in detail?

Info: Each meeting is scheduled for a duration of up to 2 hours.

  • Account Settings & Asset Training: The first two sessions are meant to familiarise your marketing team with the creation of lead generation & lead nurturing processes. The first training session focuses on the creation of blog posts, landing pages, forms, call-to-actions and marketing emails.
    In addition, we will talk about your current Marketing Hub settings. You will find out which settings are currently set and which point can be optimised.
  • Workflow & Performance Measurement Training: In the second session, we will talk about lead generation & lead nurturing workflows. You will learn how to use triggers and actions efficiently and what other possibilities the HubSpot workflow tool offers. In addition, you will learn how to measure your marketing performance. On the one hand, using campaigns and on the other hand, directly within your content & conversion assets tools. After these two units, you will have a solid basis for setting up campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Marketing Automation Reporting Session: In this session, we focus on reporting. We will take a look at standard reports and dashboards in HubSpot. HubSpot offers a range of useful reports that you can immediately use for your individual performance measurement. You will also learn how to use advanced analysis and custom reports.
  • Marketing CRM Training Session: The foundation of your HubSpot portal is the CRM. This is where all the information about your leads and contacts comes together. We show your marketing team how to create and structure data fields in the HubSpot CRM and how to analyze contact information. We will inform you about the options for customizing views for your teams and show you how you can efficiently monitor your data quality using dashboards and reports. 
  • Marketing Automation Best Practices Session: Successful marketing is personalized, relevant, and contextual. With HubSpot, you have the tool to meet these requirements. In this session, we will show you helpful best practices to address your leads personally and provide them with relevant content along their buyer's journey.

Individual Consulting & Support (Basic Training): During our meetings, we always keep some time reserved your individual questions. If you have any questions outside our scheduled meetings, please make use of the free HubSpot Support to get answers. Simply click on the "Help" button located at the bottom right of your account. You are also welcome to contact us directly for any questions or requests you may have. Please note that we charge for the time spent at the end of the month.

Additional contents in Classic Training:

  • Individual Consulting & Support: In addition to the trainings described above, we are also available outside the scheduled sessions to discuss your individual questions. Use this time for ad-hoc inquiries or Q&A sessions where you can get answers to your specific questions regarding the functionality of the HubSpot Marketing Hub. You can also use the time to review your marketing automation workflows with us.

Additional contents in Classic Plus Training:

  • Marketing Automation Strategy Coaching: This intensive coaching aims to guide you through the process of creating a marketing automation strategy. Starting with your buyer profiles, buyer personas, and their journeys, we help you derive meaningful marketing automation processes. The coaching provides you with the necessary know-how. We also provide you with our working materials and templates for practical implementation, so you can start efficiently. Additional Information

The training has the following limitations:

  • Meetings: All meetings are conducted via MS Teams (online conference).
  • Maximum meeting participants: Our experience has shown that trainings are more successful when the number of participants is limited. Therefore, we restrict all trainings to four participants. If more people are required, please discuss this with us in advance.
  • Duration: The training process typically takes place within 3 months. However, if your day-to-day business requires a longer duration, we can extend the training period up to 12 months.
  • Questions & Support: We are happy to assist you with your questions outside the defined training framework. Please send your inquiries to service@brandreach.at. You will receive written responses from us with links to solution descriptions and instructions. Please note that the time spent will be billed at the end of the month.

  • Definition of APIs: In order for marketing automation to run smoothly, all relevant information needs to be collected in one place. If external tools play a role in this process, you will need an API.
