How to get started with Sales Hub Enterprise

What do the individual onboarding meetings include in detail?

 Find out what to expect in each of the onboarding meetings:

Contents of Basic Onboarding:

  • Kick-off Meeting (1.5 hours): In the first step, we will conduct a kick-off meeting with the project stakeholders from your company. During this meeting, we will talk about the chosen package, identify the responsible individuals, and agree on dates and deadlines for the rest of the onboarding process. Additionally, we will provide you with a list of tasks required for the technical setup of HubSpot, which will need to be carried out by your admins or IT team.
  • Admin Training (2 hours): This session is for future CRM administrators. In this meeting, you will learn how to build your CRM data structure, manage objects such as contacts, companies, and deals, and create custom properties. We will also cover GDPR settings, team and user management, and general CRM settings to ensure your CRM operates efficiently and securely.
  • Contact & Company Management Session (2 hours): In this session, we will delve into the entire customer journey. We will cover how to personalize views for your teams and customize your CRM fields to fit your specific needs. Additionally, we will explain how to leverage the lead object to systematically qualify and nurture potential customers. With the prospect tool, we will help you identify and acquire new leads. Furthermore, you will learn best practices for optimizing your sales funnel using lifecycle stages and lead status.
  • Deal Pipeline Management Session (2 hours): In this session, we will provide you with best practices for defining your deal pipeline and properties. You will learn how to design deal views that align with your requirements, and how to ensure optimal data quality by using fields and inputs along your sales process. Additionally, we will demonstrate the most effective methods for managing product libraries and creating quotes within the HubSpot platform and show you how to use deal workflows to streamline sales processes, minimize manual tasks, and optimize the efficiency of your sales team.
  • Sales Management & Forecasting Session (2 hours): During this session, we will guide you how to set sales goals for your sales team and how to utilize this valuable information for accurate forecasting. In order to effectively coach your sales team, HubSpot offers a variety of sales analytics tools. During our onboarding process, we will provide an introduction to these tools, allowing you to gain valuable insights and make data-driven decisions. Moreover, we will create best practice sales management reports tailored to your needs.
  • Sales Enterprise User Training (1.5 hours): This is a standardized user training based on the features of HubSpot CRM and Sales Hubs, specifically designed for end users with a Sales Enterprise license. During this training, we will familiarize your sales team with the various functions and interface of HubSpot. 

Individual Consulting & Support (Basic Onboarding): During our meetings, we always reserve time for addressing your individual questions. If you have any questions outside our scheduled meetings, please make use of the free HubSpot Support to get answers to your inquiries. Simply click on the Help button located at the bottom right of your account. You are also welcome to contact us directly for any questions or requests you may have. Please note that the time spent will be billed at the end of the month.

 

 Additional contents in Classic Onboarding:
  • Individual Consulting & Support: In addition to the onboarding meetings described above, we are also available outside the scheduled sessions to address your individual questions. Use this time for ad-hoc inquiries or Q&A sessions where you can get answers to your specific questions regarding the functionality of the HubSpot Sales Hub. You can also use the time to review your own sales automation workflows together with us.

Additional content for the Classic Plus Onboarding

  • Custom Quote Template: In addition to the meetings described above, we will also create a custom template for your quotes. Your custom quote template will be tailored to your specific needs and allows you to design your quotes professionally and efficiently. Additional Information

The onboarding has the following limitations:

  • Meetings: All meetings are conducted via MS Teams (online conference).
  • Maximum meeting participants: Our experience has shown that onboarding meetings are more successful when the number of participants is limited. Therefore, we restrict all onboarding meetings to four participants. If, for specific reasons, more people are required, please discuss this with us in advance.
  • Onboarding duration: The onboarding process typically takes place within 3 months. However, if your day-to-day business requires a longer duration, we can extend the onboarding period up to 12 months.
  • Questions & Support: We are happy to assist you with your questions outside the defined onboarding framework. Please send your inquiries to service@brandreach.at. You will receive written responses from us with links to solution descriptions and instructions. Please note that the time spent will be billed at the end of the month.
  • Basic Onboarding costs & billing: The costs of the Basic Onboarding package are based on the standard prices set by HubSpot, which are mandatory. If you do not require extended support, there will be no additional costs for you.

Additional services related to CRM and the Sales Hub

Apart from the regular Sales Hub onboarding, some of our customers require further assistance. Since these services are only needed on a case-by-case basis, we offer them as optional add-ons that can be selected based on your specific needs. If you require any of these services, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Support for data migration from legacy systems: If you have been storing your data in another CRM system (such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.) for several years and now wish to migrate it to HubSpot CRM, we can assist you in planning and executing the migration process. We are here to support you as needed.

  • Support for defining, programming, and operating interfaces: HubSpot has a wide range of standardized connectors to integrate with other systems within its ecosystem. If you require assistance with testing and setting up these connectors, we are here to help you.

    However, there may be instances where the appropriate connector is not available or does not meet your specific requirements. In such cases, we are more than happy to assist you with the design, programming, and operation of custom interfaces to meet your specific needs.

  • Support for CRM setup and configuration: During our onboarding process, we provide you with all the necessary information to set up your HubSpot CRM. However, we understand that sometimes there may be a lack of time or expertise to perform the setup yourself. In such cases, we are more than happy to assist you by conducting the setup on your behalf.
  • Design and implementation of customized training: For companies that have never worked with a CRM before, sometimes a more intensive training is needed to accept and recognize the benefits of using a CRM. We are more than happy to tailor a customized training package to your specific needs and conduct the relevant training sessions for your teams. Our goal is to ensure that your teams receive the necessary guidance and knowledge to effectively utilize and appreciate the CRM system.
