Please send us your desired template as a PDF or screenshot including a description of the content you require. We will check this template after transmission and contact you if there is content that cannot be implemented due to technical restrictions.
This content is available in the standard Custom Quote Templates:
- All functions of the standard quote templates from HubSpot remain available as long as they are not changed by adaptation requests.
We can add this content to your custom quote template:
- We recommend a one- to two-column layout so that the content of the quote is optimally displayed.
- You can display text and images in these two columns as you wish.
- If your HubSpot product version allows it, we can reference custom product properties in the product listing.
- Deal properties can be used as placeholders in the custom quote template.

Information on 01: The information shown is taken from the HubSpot deal (company data, information on the contact person, information on the creator of the quote, as well as the quote reference, creation and expiration date of the quote). If you have any change requests in this area, please let us know and we will check the technical feasibility. Apart from that, it is possible to provide this section with a background color or (as shown in this example) a background graphic.
Information on 02: Here you can see an example of a 2-column layout with a graphic and continuous text. In these areas, deal properties or product properties (if your HubSpot version allows this) can also be used as placeholders in the body text. Background colors or images can also be used here. This section can also be subdivided and repeated.
Information on 03 and 05: Here you can see free text fields that you can use individually each time you create a quotation. We recommend that you provide standard information (e.g. NDA, DPA, ...), which would otherwise have to be added to the quotation by hand each time, with a fixed position directly in the template so that you save yourself unnecessary work when configuring your quotations. If you do not fill in one or both free text fields, they are automatically hidden in the quote.
Information on 04: The information displayed is taken from the product information of the HubSpot deal. Columns can be individually changed to other product properties (subject to technical feasibility for special content such as images, etc.)
Information on 06: As with the standard templates, you can choose between email signature, manual signature or the omission of a confirmation during the configuration of the offer.
Information on 07 and 08: The information shown here is taken from the information on the respective user in HubSpot. Of course, you can also leave these placeholders unused and use an individual fixed footer.
Not included services or accruals:
- The display optimization is for web and not for print. To receive a version optimized for print, please let us know and we will carry out the necessary work for you at actual cost.
- Two rich text free text fields are provided for individual content. These fields can be filled via the Quote module in HubSpot. If you do not use these fields when creating quotes, they are automatically hidden when the quote is generated.
- The quote refers to the creation of a custom quote template. Each additional template will be charged separately. If further templates are merely variations of the first template, we can implement them for you at actual cost.
- It is not possible to display optional contract components (e.g. optional products incl. selection) in a custom quote template.
- The standard HubSpot quote numbers are used. A custom quote number is not possible.
No versioning (for revisions of the quote) can be displayed.
