This service is designed for companies currently using or planning to implement HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional/Enterprise. It is specifically tailored to help these companies optimize their use of HubSpot and maximize its efficiency.

How does our support service work?

To make the most of HubSpot's advantages, it is crucial to continuously optimize your usage. The ongoing development of new modules and features provides constant opportunities to improve and streamline current processes. Furthermore, as experienced partners, we are here to assist you to achieve your goals with HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Description & Process

The HubSpot Marketing Automation Coaching includes the following contents:

  • Quarterly Meeting: In a quarterly meeting lasting up to four hours, we discuss your goals for the next three months. We review the results of your previous goals and work together to create a roadmap or action plan to ensure your objectives are met. Furthermore, we support your goals by sharing best practices, exploring suitable new features and functionalities, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Service & Support: To ensure that you have immediate assistance with any questions or challenges you may encounter between the quarterly meetings, we offer you ten hours of support per quarter (unless otherwise agreed). 

It is important to use the Service & Support hours within the quarter they are assigned to. These hours will expire by the end of the following quarter at the latest.

Additional Information

Here are some important points to consider before booking the HubSpot Marketing Automation Coaching:

  • Meetings: The coaching sessions are limited to the number of meetings mentioned above, and these meetings will be held using MS Teams or Zoom.
  • Duration: The coaching is typically offered without an end date. The contract can be terminated by either party without cause at the end of each quarter by giving three months' of written notice of termination to the other party.
  • Exceeding Service & Support: If more than the agreed ten hours of support per quarter are needed, and no other arrangements have been made, we will use future Service & Support hours from upcoming quarters. If the contract is terminated in the meantime, any excess hours provided will be invoiced separately. 
  • Expiration of Hour Quotas: Please be aware that the unused hours will expire at the end of the quarter.
  • HubSpot Development: Please note that no development services are included in the Service & Support hours. Any additional services must be agreed upon separately.
