This service is specifically tailored for companies that currently use or are considering implementing the HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional/Enterprise. Our goal is to help you maximize the efficiency of your usage and implementation of this powerful marketing tool.
What does our support include?
We will guide you through the process of developing a Marketing Automation Strategy. This process has two main goals. Firstly, we want to equip you with the necessary knowledge so that you can implement it on your own in the future without our assistance. Secondly, we aim to ensure that you achieve the best possible outcome by providing our expertise and insights.

1. Kick-off & Preparation
In a meeting lasting up to four hours, we will first assess which modules of the HubSpot Marketing Hub you are already familiar with and currently using, as well as how you are using them. This will allow us to gain valuable insights into the current state of your marketing automation capabilities and gather important information to form our hypotheses.
Following this, we will discuss which topic (Lead Generation, Lead Management, Lead Re-Engagement, Partner Management, etc.) is most relevant to you. We will then define the necessary content, information, and documents that you should prepare/gather for the next meeting.
2. Marketing Process Analysis
In a meeting lasting up to four hours, we will review your current marketing process related to the selected topic from the first meeting. During this session, we will analyze the individual steps and methods used, as well as any necessary external data sources and manual tasks. Additionally, we will discuss your desires regarding marketing management (Reports, Dashboards, Forecasting, etc.) and strategic marketing aspects (Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), segments, lead sources, scoring, handover to Sales, etc.).
3. Development of Marketing Automation Hypotheses & Options
Following the marketing process analysis, we will use the gathered information to formulate hypotheses and options for implementing marketing automation in your company concerning the selected topic. During this phase, detailed processes will not be developed yet. Instead, we will focus on outlining the underlying use cases. These will be discussed with you in the next step.
4. Presentation of Marketing Automation Hypotheses & Options
After formulating the marketing automation hypotheses and options, we will present them to you in a meeting lasting up to two hours. During this session, we will walk you through the details, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each option. This will provide you with a valid basis for making informed decisions regarding the options you wish to pursue.
5. Workshop: Collaborative Development of Initial Marketing Automation Processes
In a workshop lasting up to four hours, we will work together to break down the initial processes. We will ensure that we convey the essential skills you need for further elaborating on the processes to be created.
At the end of the workshop, we will share the yet-to-be-defined processes for the two remaining review sessions with you. Building on the knowledge acquired in this session, you will then attempt to develop these processes on your own.
6. Development of Marketing Automation Processes (Package 01)
During this phase, you will focus on developing the specific processes that have been selected for this particular work package.
7. Marketing Automation Review Session 01
In this meeting, which may last up to four hours, we will go through the processes you have created and compare them with the desired target state. If you encountered any obstacles during the development, we will be happy to address your questions in this session.
We will also collaboratively revise any errors in the elaboration directly during the meeting, thereby helping you refine the subsequent processes more accurately.
8. Revision/Development of Marketing Automation Processes (Package 02)
In this phase, you will revise parts of the processes already developed based on the feedback from our previous review session. Additionally, you will create the processes defined for work package two during this stage.
9. Marketing Automation Review Session 02
The content of this meeting aligns with that of Review Session 01. The reason for having another review session is to take one more look at your results together and provide input on the implementation of the processes.
It is essential that you have completed all the processes by this point, so we can go through them during the meeting. At the end of this session - unless you require further review sessions - you will have the strategy and all necessary content in front of you, enabling you to implement them directly afterward.
Optional: Additional Review Sessions
In some cases, further review sessions may be necessary, especially if the number of processes is extensive due to complex marketing workflows. If both parties find it beneficial during the Marketing Automation Strategy Training, additional review sessions can be booked at the prevailing consulting hourly rate.
10. Post-Project Review (6 months later)
Even the best Marketing Automation Strategy is, at the time of its creation, a hypothesis - an educated guess, so to speak. Therefore, we will schedule a meeting in six months to review the results together and identify any further optimization opportunities.
Additional Information
The Marketing Automation Strategy Training has the following limitations:
- Meetings: The training is limited to the number of meetings mentioned above, which will be carried out via MS Teams/Zoom. If you prefer in-person meetings, please note that additional travel expenses will apply for locations outside Vienna.
- Duration: The training is typically completed within three months. However, it may take longer due to your day-to-day business demands. Therefore, we extend the maximum duration of the training to 6 months.
- Questions & Support: We are available for questions outside our scheduled meetings. Please send your inquiries to service@brandreach.at. We will provide written responses with links to solution descriptions and instructions. Please be aware that the time spent on support will be billed at the applicable hourly rate at the end of each month.
