How to get started with Marketing Hub Professional

Marketing Hub Professional has everything you need to run automated campaigns at scale. We offer three different onboarding packages to guarantee a smooth start:

  1. Our Basic Onboarding package is based on HubSpot's onboarding process. In four meetings we will guide you through the basics of the HubSpot Marketing Hub, assist you with the technical setup and be available for your additional questions.
    This package is ideal for you if you prefer to set up your HubSpot account by yourself, and you only need help to take the first steps. 

  2. The Classic Onboarding package goes more in-depth. In addition to the content of the Basic Onboarding, you will learn about marketing automation best practices with specific examples on how to create a marketing automation strategy. You will also receive a complete marketing CRM training.
    This package is suitable for companies wishing to thoroughly explore the possibilities of HubSpot's marketing automation software.

  3. If you need a customized support, we recommend you the Classic Plus Onboarding package. In addition to the content of the Classic Onboarding, this extended package includes individual consulting and extended support.
    The Classic Plus Onboarding is ideal for you if you seek professional guidance to build your marketing processes in HubSpot right from the start.

Note: Every individual meeting is scheduled for a duration of up to 2 hours.

 
Contents of the Basic Onboarding:
  • Kick-off Meeting: In the Kick-Off Meeting, we set a framework for the onboarding process. We clarify project roles, give an overview of the HubSpot portal, and discuss your tasks for the technical setup. We will prepare an onboarding project in your portal, which includes a checklist of all the tasks required for the HubSpot setup, along with detailed instructions for the implementation. Finally, we provide a preview of the upcoming meetings.
  • Marketing Automation Training Session (Content & Conversion Assets): The goal of this training session is to help your marketing team become familiar with creating effective lead generation and lead nurturing processes. We will provide guidance and tips on how to attract and engage potential customers, ultimately leading to increased conversions and sales. We will prepare a demo campaign in your portal and guide you through it step-by-step. The first training session will primarily focus on creating blog posts, landing pages, forms, call-to-actions and marketing emails.
  • Marketing Automation Training Session (Workflows & Campaigns): In the second training session, we will show you how to map your assets using marketing automation workflows to nurture your leads and guide them towards a purchase decision. Additionally, you will learn how to measure your marketing performance using campaigns.

    Following this session, you will create the demo campaign through a self-training. The goal is to get you directly involved in using HubSpot so that you are well-equipped to develop your own campaigns later on.

  • Marketing Automation Demo Review & Reporting Session: In this session, we will discuss your questions regarding user self-training. Furthermore, we will explore reporting in more depth. We will talk about the standard reports and dashboards available in HubSpot. HubSpot offers a range of useful reports that you can immediately use for your individual performance measurement. Besides, you will learn how to create custom reports.

Additional contents in the Classic Onboarding:

  • Marketing Automation Strategy Session: Curious to know what a complete marketing automation strategy looks like? We will show you how to develop a marketing automation process and demonstrate a possible outcome by using a real-life example.
  • Marketing CRM Training Session: The CRM is the heart of your HubSpot portal. This is the place where all information about your leads and contacts are gathered. We will show your marketing team how to create and structure data fields in the HubSpot CRM, as well as analyze information within contact records. Additionally, we will discuss lead scoring and the usage of lifecycle stages.
  • Marketing Automation Best Practices Session: Successful marketing is personalized, relevant, and contextual. With HubSpot, you have the tool to meet these requirements. In this session, we will show you helpful best practices to address your leads personally and provide them with relevant content along their buyer's journey.

Individual Consulting & Support (Basic & Classic Onboarding): During our meetings, we always reserve time for addressing your individual questions. If you have any questions outside our scheduled meetings, please use the free HubSpot Support. Simply click on the Help button located at the bottom right of your account. You are also welcome to contact us directly for any questions or requests you may have. Please note that the time spent will be billed at the end of the month.

 

Additional contents in the Classic Plus Onboarding:

  • Individual Consulting & Support: In addition to the onboarding meetings described above, we are also available outside the scheduled sessions to address your individual questions. Use this time for ad-hoc inquiries or Q&A sessions where you can get answers to your specific questions regarding the functionality of the HubSpot Marketing Hub. You can also use the time to review your own marketing automation workflows together with us.

Additional information

The Marketing Hub Professional onboarding has the following limitations:

  • Meetings: All meetings are conducted via MS Teams (online conference).
  • Maximum meeting participants: Our experience has shown that onboarding meetings are more successful when the number of participants is limited. Therefore, we restrict all onboarding meetings to four participants. If, for specific reasons, more people are required, please discuss this with us in advance.
  • Onboarding duration: The onboarding process typically takes place within 3 months. However, if your day-to-day business requires a longer duration, we can extend the onboarding period up to 12 months.
  • Questions & Support: We are happy to assist you with your questions outside the defined onboarding framework. Please send your inquiries to service@brandreach.at. You will receive written responses from us with links to solution descriptions and instructions. Please note that the time spent will be billed at the end of the month.
  • Basic Onboarding costs & billing: The costs of the Basic Onboarding package are based on the standard prices set by HubSpot, which are mandatory. If you do not require extended support, there will be no additional costs for you.

  • Marketing Automation Strategy Coaching: If you need a marketing automation strategy for your company and require assistance in developing it, we are here to support you. 
  • Interface Definition: To ensure that marketing automation runs smoothly, it is essential for all relevant information to be managed in one central place. If external systems play a role in this process, you will need an interface. We are happy to assist you in defining the technical requirements of the interface and, if required, take over the development and the ongoing maintenance.
