HubSpot Breeze Workshops
This article describes our services related to HubSpot Breeze AI.
Note: HubSpot Breeze is continuously evolving. We regularly update this article to keep up with new developments — so the actual package contents may differ from what is described here.
Who is this service for?
This service is aimed at companies that are already using HubSpot and want to integrate AI features more deeply into their daily workflows, or learn more about the possibilities of AI within the HubSpot CRM.
The workshops consist of three building blocks:
- HubSpot Breeze Base Session: You'll get to know the core functions of Breeze and learn how to set it up in your HubSpot account.
- Team-Specific HubSpot Breeze Workshops: This module is tailored to your current HubSpot setup. You'll learn how to use Breeze features specifically in your day-to-day Sales or Marketing work.
- AI Competency Training under Article 4 of the EU AI Act (Add-on): Fulfill your obligations under Art. 4 of the EU AI Act. After the workshop, you'll know the relevant risk categories and how to handle them and can incorporate them into your AI strategy. We also cover practical prompting methods.
1. HubSpot Breeze Base Session
The base session is part of all Breeze workshops and provides you with foundational knowledge of Breeze. We show you how to set up HubSpot Breeze in your account and integrate it into your daily work.

3. AI Competency Training under Article 4 of the EU AI Act
The EU AI Act requires companies to train all employees who use AI accordingly. The goal is to recognize AI risks and align one's own actions with the legal requirements.
As a supplement to our HubSpot Breeze Workshops, we offer an additional module that clearly explains the risk categories of the EU AI Act. You'll learn to classify AI applications yourself and to work with AI safely and in compliance with the law.
At the end, all participants receive a certificate confirming that they have completed the mandatory AI competency training.

Additional Information
The HubSpot Breeze Workshops are subject to the following limitations:
- Meetings: The base workshop as well as the variable, hub-specific workshops are limited to 2 hours in duration and have predefined content. Individual Breeze consulting can be commissioned separately.
- Duration: After booking, the workshops must be completed within 12 months.
